“If a commercial customer is sued by a third party for copyright infringement due to the use of Microsoft Copilot or the results it generates, we will defend the customer and are willing to pay damages for any adverse judgment or settlement arising out of the lawsuit, provided that the customer has used the billboards and content filters that we have built into our products,” the developers said.
