Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin ordered to “continually increase the capacity of the enterprises of the military-industrial complex” and purchase the necessary equipment. This was stated at a meeting of the coordinating council to meet the needs of the Armed Forces this Wednesday.
In particular, Mishustin instructed:
– organize daily replenishment of weapons, military and special equipment, as well as other means;
– maintain constant growth in the production and technological potential of the defense industry; constantly improve its quality characteristics.
As the prime minister noted, plans for the production of aviation and automotive military equipment, artillery rockets and armored weapons, armor protective equipment and all-weather field uniforms for the supply of troops have been almost fully implemented.
– All missing according to last year’s plans, material and technical means must be sent to the troops no later than February and in full, – instructed the prime minister.
Mishustin instructed Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova to monitor the fulfillment of social obligations with military personnel.
– All established payments must be made on time and in full, – said the prime minister.
He also drew attention to health care.
“It is necessary to expand the possibilities of medical and medical-psychological assistance, as well as the comprehensive rehabilitation of military personnel who have received health restrictions,” said the prime minister.
According to Mishustin, the armed forces must continuously receive all necessary medicines, medical and non-medical products, first aid kits and ambulances.
