At the end of last year, a resolution was adopted that determined the mechanism for the formation of a single list of territories in which hostilities were or were previously fought. This list is periodically updated by the corresponding order of the ministry.
The department proposed to exclude Kyiv from the zone of possible hostilities on January 13, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine registered the order on January 16. The decision was made after an agreement with the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the military administration of the city of Kyiv.
