Miu Miu and New Balance showed the result of their collaboration at the spring-summer 2022 show: the updated model of the NB574 sneaker. On sale now. Hypebae writes about it.
The sneakers were first introduced in the late ’80s. They instantly garnered love from around the world and to this day remain a key silhouette in the brand’s lineup. The new version is made from recycled denim with deliberately raw cuts. On the catwalk, the Miu Miu brand showed only two color variations: white and sand. Now the representatives of the brand have decided to replenish the capsule with a blue color.
Miu Miu and New Balance also launched an ad campaign for the sneaker. Miuccia Prada hired photographer and videographer Moni Haworth to work on it. The main face of the shooting was the model Kayla Dunlap. The campaign explores the parallels between fashion and functionality.
