In his speech, Dmitry Medvedev noted that the growth in the construction of gas infrastructure in Russia is three times higher than in 2021, and the social gasification program is one of the most popular in all regions of the country.
Leaders of various regions, including the head of Mordovia, shared their experience in implementing the program. Since 2021, a single gasification headquarters has been operating in the republic. It is composed of representatives of Rosreestr, the Ministry of Property and Land Relations. This allows you to quickly collect all the necessary documents for people.
– This is the first accelerating factor, – stated Artem Zdunov. – The second is the introduction of a notification procedure, instead of a permissive one, for the laying of a gas pipeline on municipal land. A clear interaction has been built at all levels. Initially, about 2,500 applications were included in the republic program, now there are more than 4,800 of them – people believed in the program.
To date, more than 4,000 job applications received have been accepted; this indicator provides 116% of the additional gasification potential for the region. According to 3,651 requests, gas communications have been brought to the boundaries of the plot and gas has already reached 2,681 homes.
Mordovia has only one gasification operator and one gas distribution organization. Requests for additional gasification are received at 8 branches of the gas distribution agency and 23 MFC offices in the municipalities of the republic. To receive requests, the employees go to the villages.
As Artem Zdunov said, a comprehensive service is provided to simplify the procedure of technological connection. Its essence is that a gas distribution organization is building gas networks to the borders and into the land, and is also building or rebuilding the internal gas pipeline of a residential building. The head of the Republic of Moldova thanked the federal center for the financial support of the republic for the execution of the order of the President of the Russian Federation on the preferential provision of technological connection to the gas distribution networks of houses of certain categories of citizens. in already gasified settlements.
Artem Zdunov emphasized that the implementation of the program in the republic will continue. In 2023, it is planned to provide the technical capacity to connect more than 1,500 homes in Mordovia.
