Residents of the regions submitted 1,638 applications for the third Strong Ideas for New Times forum, organized by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) and the Roscongress Foundation. The most active regions in the first two weeks of selection were the Samara region (290 ideas), Moscow (144 ideas) and the Moscow region (134 ideas).
Also, the top ten leading regions in terms of the number of applications submitted included Rostov, Saratov, Leningrad regions, Tatarstan, Bashkiria, Krasnodar Territory, Sverdlovsk Region.
The selection is made in six areas: “National Social Initiative”, “National Ecological Initiative”, “National Personnel Initiative”, “National Technological Initiative”, “Entrepreneurship” and “Digital Services”. The degree of development of the application can be different, from an idea to a ready-made project with an implementation plan.

“Somewhere it is necessary to establish contacts with regional authorities, somewhere to see government participation programs, somewhere just information support will be enough. For those projects that reach the highest level, their support is already being worked on manually. We understand what the problem is, how to help. In any case, no one will do projects for people, but such conditions will be created so that this project can be implemented,” said Maxim Oreshkin.
Most of the ideas for today – 762 – came from the track “National Social Initiative”. These are proposals to increase the availability of medical and social assistance, to develop small settlements. Ideas and projects to create a pleasant atmosphere in schools, promote large families and develop inclusion in our society.
Second in terms of the number of ideas submitted is the National Personnel Initiative. Residents of the regions develop and declare solutions to create a system of further education and career guidance for children, opportunities for youth entrepreneurship and employment, support for a person looking for a job and career development.
174 ideas were received in the area of ”Digital Services”, they are projects on information security that contribute to the development of digital analytics and simplify the provision of public services.
In the path of the National Technological Initiative, 172 applications were received in 20 blocks, from the serial production of drones and the training of personnel to control unmanned aerial systems to the development of cellular technologies and the reduction of the cost of genetic technologies. .
168 ideas were registered in the track “National Ecological Initiative”, about entrepreneurship – 165.
