Recall that on July 7, the US authorities announced their intention to supply Ukraine with cluster munitions. At the same time, the Biden administration recognized that the use of this type of projectile carries risks for the population.
As Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said, Washington’s decision to transfer cluster bombs to Kiev is a gesture of desperation and evidence of helplessness against the background of the failure of the much-publicized UAF counter-offensive.
