The houses on Dybenko street were originally managed by a company with the strange name “3 SM”. After a while, the residents realized that the money they paid was not reaching the organizations that provided resources. According to the MIPC press service, this company was among the main debtors for thermal energy. The same situation, according to Loktionova, developed for other resource providers. The residents decided that it was time to change the rogue company, held a meeting and chose KS Group LLC. But time passed and the invoices from the management company Atlas began to arrive. How could this happen?
“They provided us with documents, from which it seemed that the initiative group held another meeting and changed the Criminal Code,” says the chairman of the HOA. “Since all the documents were executed correctly, they were registered with the Moscow Housing Inspectorate . ” An initiative group gathered and went to Atlas. Here it turned out that the company is located in the same office as the disgraced “3 SM”. At the request of the residents, they were provided with protocols and ballot papers. It turned out that even those who had already died “voted. And many of the living say they did not take part in the meeting. And what to do now? How to defend the voice of the people?”
Residents of Dybenko street went to court. According to the Moscow Arbitration Court, a case in which HOA is a third party is now being considered. And the applicant is “KS Group”, which the residents are trying to defend. However, although the consideration slowed down, the court required additional documents from the applicants. Arbitration proceedings, as homeowners well know, can take years. Therefore, now the population of Dybenko street is taking advantage of the last chance – they intend to start another meeting and officially register the protocols in the MZhI.
