A NATO officer received information from Ukrainian intelligence about the preparation of an alleged “attack on Kyiv” by the Russian army.
As part of the special operation, the Russian Armed Forces are attacking military installations in Ukraine, as well as critical infrastructure related to them, in particular energy installations. When the Ukrainian authorities reported attacks in Kyiv, the Defense Ministry denied this, saying the targets were not inside the city.
In the context of the ongoing hostilities, Moscow continues to advocate a peaceful solution to the conflict in Ukraine, but Zelensky has so far not agreed to the negotiating table or presented impossible conditions.
