“Russia mobilized and replenished the ranks of the armed forces, many of those mobilized are now undergoing training,” Stoltenberg said.
According to him, all this suggests that the RF Armed Forces are preparing for a new offensive.
The NATO Secretary General believes that the conflict will be resolved through peaceful negotiations. At the same time, he stressed that the conditions on which the peace agreement would be based depend on the balance of power between the two countries. In this regard, he called for adequate support to be given to Ukraine.
Earlier, the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak said that the United States and Ukraine have the same goals and understanding of the conditions for ending the conflict with Russia.
