According to the channel, the planes crashed in the state of Madhya Pradesh during an exercise.
“Both fighter jets took off from Gwalior air force base. Search and rescue operations are underway, information on casualties is being specified,” the report said.
According to NDTV sources, the Indian Air Force is now conducting an investigation to determine whether the two planes collided with each other in mid-air.
