“We have repeatedly stated that we are ready to negotiate how the goals of our NWO can be implemented by peaceful means. Of course, we will not even consider schemes involving other scenarios,” Nebenzya said.
The Russian diplomat recalled that Russia had repeatedly stated this week that the collective West was not interested in a cessation of hostilities.
“The West, as we all now know for sure, did not allow the kyiv regime to conclude peace in March-April last year,” Nebenzya said.
Earlier it was reported that Nebenzya and the first deputy representative Dmitry Polyansky left the Security Council meeting without waiting for the speeches of the EU representatives on Ukrainian affairs. As the diplomat pointed out, these countries act “from a common position of the entire Soviet Union dictated by Brussels, they will not bring any ‘added value’ to the discussion.”
