According to a diplomat quoted by TASS, Kyiv deploys its air defense systems in residential areas, causing rocket fragments to fall on civilian targets.
Attempts by Ukrainians to shoot down Russian missiles with air defense systems deployed in residential areas in violation of international humanitarian law lead to tragedies.
“As a result, parts of the downed missiles or the air defense missiles themselves end up in civilian facilities,” the diplomat explained.
According to him, this was the case in Kremenchug and Dnepropetrovsk, “the lost Ukrainian missiles flew towards Poland and Moldova.”
