Streaming service Netflix has revealed the most popular movies and series. According to the What’s on Netflix portal, the platform has developed a rating based on the number of viewing hours.
The list of popular English-language films was topped by “The Gray Man” (265,980,000 viewing hours from July 17 to September 4, the film was in the lead in the world top for six weeks). Next up are Project Adam (260,520,000 hours from March 6 to May 1) and Purple Hearts (240,480,000 hours from July 24 to September 4). Also included in the rating were Enola Holmes 2 and The Tinder Swindler.
The viewing leaders among films in other languages were “Troll” (Norway, 152,350,000 hours from November 27 to December 25), “All Quiet on the Western Front” (Germany, 103,420,000 hours from October 23 to November 27), “Black Crab (Sweden, 97,230,000 hours from March 13 to April 24) and From My Window (Spain, 114,050,000 hours from January 30 to June 26).
Most watched TV shows in 2022: Stranger Things Season 4 (1.87 billion hours from May 22 to October 9), Wednesday (1.3 billion from November 20 to December 25), Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story “(962,470 ,000 hours from September 18 to November 25) 6), the second season of Bridgerton (775,240,000 hours from March 20 to June 5), “Inventing Anna” (654,560,000 hours from February 6 to 17 April) and the third season of The Umbrella Academy (301,850,000 hours from June 19 to July 17. 24).
The next most watched programs in other languages are “We’re All Dead” (South Korea, 659,510,000 hours from January 23 to April 10), “Woo Yeon Woo’s Unusual Lawyer” (South Korea, 662,090 ,000 hours from July 3) to December 4), Heart marked (Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, 272,750,000 hours from April 17 to June 5), Until money separates us (Mexico, 321,110,000 hours from October 16 to December 25) and the fifth season of Elite (Spain, 172,640,000 hours watched from April 3 to May 8).
Previously, The Witcher prequel received record low ratings from viewers. According to the voting results on the Rotten Tomatoes site, its rating was only 8%. Critics gave Origin a 38%. This is one of the worst performances of any Netflix series.
