This month, Netflix removed dozens of hit movies from its catalog. Many more movies will be removed soon. NME writes about it.
Previously, the streaming platform posted a full list of images that would be removed. Now, users will only find out what’s on the inaccessible movie list if they accidentally select it while watching. In the UK, movies like Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Solstice have already disappeared from the platform, and viewers in the US can no longer watch The Hangover and The Departed.
The list of removed movies now also includes Psycho, Pride and Prejudice, Intimacy, Bad Boys, Megamind, Simple Difficulties, and dozens more. It is not reported what caused the massive removal of cult movies from the platform.
