On March 1, a photo exhibition will open in the city that will record the achievements of the older generation of Muscovites who have been involved in the mayor’s project almost since its launch. A special milestone for the participants of “Moscow Longevity” was the shooting of the musical “Mission Longevity” – its premiere will take place on March 1 in Moscow theaters. Fundamentally new activities in the project will attract new participants and offer more opportunities for those who are already involved in Moscow Longevity. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor for Social Development of Moscow, Anastasia Rakova.
“We continue to develop the mayor’s project “Moscow Longevity”. It is important for us to increase the participation of older citizens: to provide more opportunities for project participants, to attract newcomers. Therefore, we are launching new activities. We are expanding the competitive line: participants of the “Moscow Longevity” will be able to compete in intellectual, healthy lifestyle, culinary, creative and sports relay races. Such competitions will be held at the project from February 27 to March 3 as part of the Moscow Longevity Pentathlon, Rakova said.
The project participants appeared in front of the camera of the famous photographer Dmitry Iskhakov in festive outfits. They each shared their success story and, as they say: “Not to brag, but to inspire others.”
The events are held as part of the celebration of the fifth anniversary of the mayor’s project “Moscow Longevity”.
