The storm will exit Four Corners on Monday and Tuesday, moving across the Central Plains and Upper and Midwest, where heavy snow and freezing rain are expected, according to forecasters.
“Further south, a strong frost front will move, bringing tornadoes and flooding,” meteorologists were quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.
Pilots have been advised to undergo “detailed weather briefings” before takeoff, and more than 30 million US citizens have received imminent danger warnings.
