For six days on the shores of the Caspian Sea, in Sea Breeze, Emin Agalarov welcomed guests of the DREAM Fest.
– More than 150 artists from various countries came to us. “I am happy that so many world-famous stars have gathered on three stages of DREAM Fest,” Emin Agalarov told reporters.

But the main plot was still to come. Whether in earnest or in jest, Emin promised that he was ready to give every couple whose child was conceived at the festival an apartment in the Sea Breeze complex.
“If a child is conceived at this festival (and we can document it), I think all those children should own apartments in Sea Breeze on the shores of the Caspian Sea,” Emin said.
The host of the festival, Regina Todorenko, was immediately interested in this generous offer.
– We have this plan for next year. I arrive pregnant, give birth, get an apartment and come back to present DREAM Fest.
