Nikita Mikhalkov was taken to one of the Moscow hospitals. The famous director was hospitalized in a state of moderate severity. The doctors diagnosed him with the flu.
“Nikita Sergeevich has been hospitalized with the flu,” said the director’s press secretary, Irina Myachina. It is known that the 77-year-old artist is in a state of moderate severity, reports Canal Cinco.
Earlier, Interfax, citing a source in medical circles, reported that Mikhalkov had been hospitalized with suspected coronavirus.
Recently, Mikhalkov had health problems. Nikita Sergeevich underwent several operations. “I have a very serious recovery, a crack in the bone and an infection. They changed my hip joint and brought it to me. After that there were seven operations and 39 hours of anesthesia,” the artist shared her experience.
However, Mikhalkov in any situation always kept a good spirit. “A true actor turns his weaknesses into strengths. When you feel the energy and desire to work, you forget about pain and discomfort. But at the same time you understand how it is possible not to depend on external causes,” he said.
