“The United States must understand that the continuation of provocative actions and hostility towards the DPRK, ignoring our repeated protests and warnings, can be considered a declaration of war,” Kwon Jong Geun was quoted as saying by the Korean Central News Agency.
The head of the ministerial department noted that Washington must refrain from deploying additional forces and assets in South Korea, as well as from conducting military exercises.
He also drew attention to the fact that the White House, with the help of its allies, in fact established control over the UN Security Council. According to him, this allows the US to apply a policy of double standards.
