Beluga opened a new chapter in the mixology of Chef Evgeny Vikentiev. All four novelties are combined exclusively with food: “kava, blackberries, sea buckthorn” with the addition of Calvados, and Russian “Sauvignon Blanc” – with sea urchins, oysters, and “tequila, antonovka, chamomile” – with Murmansk mackerel.
“Gin, rowan, white wine” will make an excellent batch of Astrakhan beluga, and “whisky, pumpkin, rose” – chocolate ice cream with cherries, coriander cream and malt chips.

Bar manager Vova Voronkov added 8 new cocktails to the classic Pinch. The map was divided into two parts: unusual seasonal and around the world experimental, collected from travel. And if in the second category everything is more or less clear – take at least Pionus based on pisco with aperol and pineapple or Bon Bon with white rum with Moroccan mandarins – then in the first you will have to trust your taste sensations. There is no ingredient list, just brief quotes. “Aperitif, evening, noir”, “there can never be too many nuts”, “raspberry breeze” and “the most delicious passion fruit” – almost poetry!
