It is also important that state support for the agro-industrial complex is maintained in its entirety and to its full extent: all areas of subsidies from the government of the Novosibirsk Region will be reflected in state support.

According to the vice-president of the regional government, Minister of Agriculture Yevgeny Leshchenko, the volume of gross production in 2022 amounted to 164.8 billion rubles with a production index of 100.7 percent compared to 2021. Farmers in Novosibirsk harvested a record of 3.4 million tons of grain in the history of the region. The Novosibirsk region is the largest agricultural exporter in the Siberian Federal District (first place in the Siberian Federal District).

In the meantime

Last year, five major investment projects were implemented in the Novosibirsk region in the agro-industrial complex for a total of 1.8 billion rubles. Six more investment projects are underway.
