“The epicenter was located 18 kilometers west of the village of Roshchino, Smirnykhovsky district,” Elena Semenova, head of the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk seismic station, told RIA Novosti.
He noted that the focus of the seismic event was at a depth of six kilometers. Its magnitude was 3.5. Residents of the village of Onor, Smirnykhovsky district, were able to feel an earthquake with a magnitude of up to three points.
Remember that previously in the area there was an earthquake of magnitude 4.4. It was also felt in Honoré. Glass rattled in houses, chandeliers swayed, and small objects trembled.
