According to the traffic inspectorate of the Sverdlovsk region, a car hit a man born in 1989 who was crossing the street in the wrong place, although there is an underpass nearby. The driver left the scene of the accident and a second car hit the victim who was lying in the road.
“A witness said he saw a man on the road, he stopped, called 112. After which he took out a flashlight and tried to get the attention of other road users. The driver of a BMW saw the body, but “It was already too late: he tried to brake, but he still went over it and dragged him several meters,” they said in the press service of the Traffic Inspectorate.
The man died before paramedics arrived. It is known that he lived in the village of Verkhneye Dubrovo and returned home from work.
