From 7 am to midnight on Sunday, December 18, the Mosfilm Golden Collection TV channel will broadcast 12 consecutive films starring Yuri Nikulin. From comedy to drama. From “The Diamond Arm” to “They Fought for the Homeland.”
And then not everyone will.
The film “Girl with a Guitar”, in which Nikulin first appeared in the cinema, in the episodic comic role of a pyrotechnician (in the 50s he was an assistant to the popular clown Pencil, and then began to go out on the carpet in a pair with Mikhail Shuidin), the marathon was no longer in shape.
Yes, Nikulin had a universal talent as an artist. Some of his films were a reason to laugh, others – to think and try to improve at least a little. And the film from him “For me, Mukhtar!” became in 1964, in fact, the first in which the second main role was played by a dog.
Only later did Hollywood “Life of a Dog”, “Beethoven”, “Marley and Me” and our “The Return of Mukhtar” and the Russian-Ukrainian “Dog” with Nikita Panfilov in the title role appear.
The “Prisoner of the Caucasus” also did not enter the program – there are many good films with the participation of Yuri Nikulin!
At the marathon in honor of Yuri Nikulin will be shown:
7.00 – “Moonshiners”
7.20 – “Mongrel Dog and an Unusual Cross”
7.35 – “Inflexible”
9.00 – “Man from nowhere”
10.25 – “Give me a book of complaints”
