“If a little mold has grown on the crust of bread or cheese, we cut off the damaged edge and then use the product,” said the specialist on his Telegram channel.
However, it is absolutely impossible to do this – the fungus is extremely toxic, and to a greater extent than some poisons. It is also worth taking into account that many mushrooms do not die during frying; heat treatment does not affect them in any way.
“Food products that have begun to deteriorate are in no way suitable for food,” the doctor once again emphasized.
Mushrooms, of course, do not directly cause cancer, but cause a decrease in immunity, general poisoning of the body, they tend to accumulate and destroy themselves from the inside. Which, of course, greatly “undermines” health and increases the risk of developing a malignant process in the body.
Earlier, endocrinologist and nutritionist Natalya Lazurenko told which products contain a valuable substance – quercetin, which “normalizes the work of organs and cells involved in detoxification of the body,” reduces the risk of oncology. The list of products containing this substance includes the usual onions, tomatoes, apples, grapes, as well as more exotic broccoli, asparagus, capers, Brazil nuts. If we consider drinks, these are black and green teas. “When using them, it is important to take into account the rate of consumption, the individual characteristics of the gastrointestinal tract, and contraindications,” the doctor also warned.
