Rostelecom’s share in the authorized capital of the joint venture will be 70%, and NMG 30%. On the NMG side, more.tv online cinema and a 50% stake in NMG Studio are transferred. Rostelecom, in turn, is transferring the Wink online cinema, which includes a unique platform for working in OTT and IPTV environments.
The technological integration of the more.tv and Wink platforms will be carried out in stages. Both companies are interested in maintaining a top-quality service for users of the joint online cinema. Until the completion of the integration procedures, subscribers will continue to use the Wink and more.tv video services under the current terms and conditions. The new joint venture will also explore ways to further leverage the more.tv brand to meet business needs.
