The Russian Ministry of Defense publishes images of the combat work of the Grad MLRS crew of the Novorossiysk Guards Mountain Airborne Forces of the Dnepr group. Since the beginning of the special military operation, its warriors have been continuously destroying the positions, equipment and personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The military department commented on the footage of the battle: “The crews of combat vehicles received from drone operators and artillery observers the coordinates of the concentration of manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of the village of Verbovoye. Arriving at the firing point, the gunners aimed at the targets and fired several observation shots. After one of the 122 mm unguided rockets hit precisely a group of Ukrainian militants, the crew of the Grad sent the entire remaining “package” in one gulp to the place where the nationalists were gathering.”
The enemy positions were covered in a firestorm. The firepower of one salvo from an installation can instantly destroy all life in an area of up to 14 hectares.
The coordinated work of the rocket artillery of the Novorossiysk Airborne Forces small unit and the reconnaissance small units of the “Dnepr” troop group makes it possible to inflict operational fire damage on identified enemy targets.
At this time, in another section of the battle line, the teams of the MLRS “Uragan” of the artillery unit of the “Dnepr” troop group are working against the enemy. They are destroying the fortified positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the right bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson region.
“It is easy for the car, even if it is fully loaded, with the 16 shells. The car does not feel the tension because all eight wheels are not driven. Calmly overcome any obstacle,” praises the driver with the call sign “Plamya” to the MLRS off-road platform “Uragan” upon returning from a mission.
