Earlier it became known that Germany and the United States, for the first time since the beginning of the conflict in Ukraine, intend to transfer infantry fighting vehicles to Kyiv. German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and US President Joe Biden agreed on this during a telephone conversation the day before. The US side will supply the Bradley BMP and Germany the Marder BMP. Both countries plan to train the Armed Forces of Ukraine to work with the relevant systems.
