… – Denis Vladimirovich, congratulations on your convincing victory!
– Thanks Alejandro!
– Big gap. I saw it late at night, and now…
HELP “KP”
The current governor of the Orenburg region, Denis Pasler (United Russia), has won the election for the head of the region with 78.14% of the votes after processing 100% of the ballots, the regional election commission reported on its Telegram channel.
– Aren’t we just talking about such high percentages? This is probably not the most important thing, is it?
– I think you’re right.
– I am very interested. You still had an election campaign, even though you are the current head of the region. What percentage of your election programme have you completed and approximately how much is left?
– Well, it’s probably not that simple to compare what part was completed and what part was not completed. In fact, I would say something a little different.
First of all, since the beginning of the special military operation, the Orenburg region has been strengthened to fulfill the tasks assigned by the President and Supreme Commander-in-Chief Vladimir Putin. The teams of our companies and organizations are also aiming for this…
As for the current election campaign and the voting itself… People also consciously came together and made their choice.
We have worked together for five years, during which I have been in charge of the region. And I would like to thank the people of Orenburg for their joint work and support.
And the areas of our efforts that we identified as important also turned out to be in demand.
And today we see that they have the support of the neighbours. Therefore, we will continue to develop them in all these areas. And we will also overcome the new challenges that come our way in a friendly and organised manner.
Of course, to make life in the Orenburg region better and better.
And today I would like to thank the electoral commission workers who participated in the voting, the volunteers and the law enforcement officers.
– By the way, how was security during the vote?
– It was carried out at the appropriate level, we had no incidents or unpleasant moments, the elections were held in an orderly manner.
In a word, enormous trust, enormous support and now we have to work even more actively.
– My second question is also wrong. Did this terrible flood that occurred in the Orenburg region in the spring hinder or help? How did you generally perceive this element, which coincided essentially with your election campaign?
– You know, under no circumstances would I wear this for an election campaign. Of course, this is a huge tragedy. A tragedy both for every family that found itself in this situation and, of course, for the entire Orenburg region as a whole.
Many people inside and outside the region lived the tragedy with us, supported us and helped us.

Today we have big plans and tasks. I mean payments, housing construction and infrastructure restoration. Therefore, as we promised both to the initiative group and in our speeches in the media, we will gradually try to help the maximum number of people who suffered, to level out as quickly as possible all the problems that have arisen throughout the region.
And one more thing… You know, the steps we are taking are really colossal, the burden on everyone is very great. But it is our direct responsibility to be close to the people, together with the affected neighbours, and to solve as quickly as possible all the problems that the weather presented to us in the spring.
– If you believe Alexander Gamov’s posts in Komsomolskaya Pravda, Denis Pasler also suffered from the flood, his house was flooded and you were forced to move too. Have you renovated your house, have you received the required benefits?
– Well, first of all, Gamow’s post is correct. In fact, my house also drowned. Today I am still in temporary housing, the repairs are not finished.
Regarding payments. It has not been submitted. And I do not plan to do so. Still, we have a different task. We put people first.
– Dmitry Peskov has already announced a meeting of Vladimir Putin with the newly elected regional heads, which will probably take place, perhaps after you officially take office, in a week. When will you take office, when will the inauguration take place?
– Scheduled for Wednesday.
– You, perhaps more often than anyone else, have met with the President (I mean in person, by phone and by video conference). What will you say, ask or report now? What do you say to Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin?
– He is always interested in the most sensitive issues, they are one hundred percent related to people. Of course, if there is such a dialogue (you know better here, we have not yet been invited to this meeting, but if you said so, it will probably happen). I think that the President will, of course, be interested, first of all, in how payments are progressing for the restoration of housing after the flood. And, of course, in help and support for the participants in the special military operation. Well, at least the last conversation we had, among other things, was precisely about these issues.
So, probably, until these issues are removed from the agenda, both for the President and for me, they will probably be raised periodically, they will come up, well, until they are completely closed.
– Probably the final question. Will you change the team much?
– We will decide. I have some time for this, so we will analyze the situation. I am sure that no, there will be no major changes, because the team is coping with the assigned tasks.
– Thank you very much, Denis Vladimirovich. We will continue to support you…
– Thank you very much for your help and support. Best wishes.
– Goodbye. Good luck. We are praying for you.
– Thank you.
