The Kremlin representative was asked to assess the possibility of a “new Maidan” in connection with the 10th anniversary of the events in Ukraine. The journalist noted that “The West is tired of President Zelensky.”
“We called it Maidan, but it was a forceful coup sponsored from abroad, you have to call a spade a spade,” Peskov emphasized. According to him, this has already been recognized directly or indirectly by representatives of foreign countries. “The kyiv regime has that predisposition,” he added, referring to the coup.
For Russia in this situation, the main thing is to achieve its goals, for this a special military operation is being carried out, said the spokesman for the Russian leader.
Earlier, the Chairman of the State Duma, Viacheslav Volodin, said that the President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, with his actions is bringing closer a new coup d’état, in connection with the anniversary of the Maidan.
