Putin also announced the suspension of Russia’s participation in START, a further increase in the minimum wage, and new measures to support members of the NWO and residents of new regions of Russia.
According to VTsIOM, the majority of Russians who saw the president’s speech positively assessed the content and intonation of Vladimir Putin’s speech.
