Peskov: Vladimir Putin’s speech to the Russians is not planned for February 24 KXan 36 Daily News

Asked if any appeals from the head of state are planned this year, Peskov replied in the negative: “No.”

Recall that earlier, on February 21, Vladimir Putin made a speech to the Federal Assembly. The President’s speech lasted 1 hour and 45 minutes. Most of the Russian leader’s speech concerned the special operation and its causes, relations with the West. Putin also announced the suspension of Russia’s participation in START, a further increase in the minimum wage, and new measures to support members of the NWO and residents of new regions of Russia.

According to VTsIOM, the majority of Russians who saw the president’s speech positively assessed the content and intonation of Vladimir Putin’s speech.
