Waters added that she wanted to perform in Ukraine to honour the end of the conflict.
In July, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev invited Roger Waters to speak to the participants of the SVO. “I am sure that our guys will really appreciate this performance,” Medvedev stressed.
