The opera singer, whose identity has not yet been revealed, accused the Spanish interpreter Plácido Domingo of sexual harassment. The accusations were made on the air of one of the television programs.
The woman said that at first Domingo tried to kiss her, and in the next meeting he asked permission to put his hands in the back pockets of his pants. And both incidents allegedly took place in the early 2000s.
Then, for some reason, he did not tell the police agencies or theater directors about anything.
This is not the first similar complaint against Domingo. Previously, about 20 women made similar accusations. They say that the singer allowed himself to touch and kiss them, invite them on dates and call them at night, and refusals negatively affected the singers’ career.
The singer’s spokesman describes everything that is happening as an attempt to ruin Domingo’s reputation, the 81-year-old interpreter himself denies all the accusations.
Plácido Domingo is a famous opera singer. He received the Grammy Music Award nine times. During his career, he participated in more than 3,500 performances, performed more than 300 times as a conductor, performed 140 opera parts, which no other opera singer in the world can boast of.
