“The Unified Social Fund will retain the status of an extrabudgetary state fund, the guarantor of whose obligations is the Russian Federation,” says State Secretary – Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection Andrey Pudov. According to him, data on the recipients of support measures will be collected on a digital platform, and the state will be able to centrally manage all social benefits, provide them as quickly, conveniently and specifically as possible.
