Tinkoff has launched a new platform – Tinkoff City, which combines various Tinkoff services for a comfortable life, claiming to be the leading entertainment guide. With their help, it will be possible to solve various problems related to city life: shopping, planning leisure activities, choosing trips, keeping up with the news and even finding new friends.
The main feature of the platform is that it knows its user and their interests. The platform was created on the basis of artificial intelligence technologies. Its distinctive feature is the customization of services and offers for each client, taking into account their interests. Algorithms based on big data analytics will be able to analyze transactions, interests, viewed stories, consumption behavior of a person, their likes, dislikes, and user reviews left on the Tinkoff mobile app. Based on the conclusions made by the Tinkoff system, the city will make relevant offers and on favorable terms, with a cash rebate of up to 35%.
