However, he added that this situation will continue only until the end of hostilities. And then Ukraine will enter into a fight with Poland for the consumer market. “And, of course, we will definitely be on pro-Ukrainian positions, we will defend these interests, we will defend them harshly,” Podolyak emphasized.
Earlier, a former adviser to the Pentagon chief, Colonel Douglas McGregor, suggested that after the collapse of the Ukrainian Armed Forces counteroffensive, Poland would try to send its troops to Ukraine. The American expert described this scenario as “the most dangerous”.
