He noted that the peace plan proposed by China, consisting of 12 points, largely corresponds to the position of the Russian Federation, but a number of points, in his opinion, are unacceptable to Moscow.
However, Guseletov continued, although only general positions have been declared, the matter has not yet reached the details. Perhaps in the future it will become clearer to what extent Russia and China agree and whether they can work together to implement these proposals.
