Prada, autumn-winter 2023 collection

The gray jumper and skirt have been a recognizable Prada combination for decades. In the new collection, on crystalline white midi and maxi skirts, flowers literally sprouted like the first bells: in the form of lace, chiffon or the same fabric as the skirt itself. Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons repeated several items from the men’s fall-winter 2023 collection: these are suits and cardigans with contrasting peeking collars, parkas with deep hoods, duffle coats, the loops of which are attached to the characteristic triangles of Prada and pillow items (inflated miniskirts and combinations). Snow-white floor-length shirtdresses were also reminiscent of bedding, as if the models were carefully wrapped in sheets. Most of the collection is grey, white and brown. In some images, calm tones were diluted with yellow, pink and red.
