PSB Chairman Petr Fradkov and the head of the Tambov region Maxim Egorov signed a bilateral agreement on cooperation and support for priority projects for the socio-economic development of the region.
PSB will actively participate in the implementation of socially significant projects in the Tambov region and the development of technological financial infrastructure. This, in particular, concerns the financing of home construction and mortgage loans. PSB is already working with developers in the Tambov region. Now the preferential mortgage programs will be expanded. PSB intends to offer special conditions, among other things, to public sector employees: doctors, teachers, kindergarten teachers and the military.
Another area of cooperation between the PSB and the Tambov region will be programs aimed at the development and support of entrepreneurship and the implementation of regional investment projects, including on the basis of public-private partnerships. PSB is already working with leading Tambov companies. We are talking about industries like agriculture, mining and manufacturing industries, food production, electrical equipment, chemical production.
Signing the agreement, PSB Chairman Petr Fradkov noted that the main need for companies today is to attract financing on acceptable terms. This allows companies to comply with their investment programs, government contracts, business plans.
– We are ready to provide financial support to trade representatives, industrial companies that are now actively implementing import substitution technologies, continue to modernize production, master a new range and enter new markets, building efficient supply chains and logistics. Companies participating in the state defense order also operate on the territory of the Tambov region, – said Petr Fradkov.
According to him, the signed agreement will contribute to the growth of the investment attractiveness of the region and the strengthening of its economic potential.
– The availability of financial resources is half of the success in the execution of productive plans and social programs. The agreement with Promsvyazbank opens up new opportunities for our business in various industries, mainly in the agro-industrial complex and the defense industry, which are the basis of the regional economy, – said in turn the head of the Tambov region Maxim Egorov.
He pointed out that the PSB has established itself as a reliable participant in public-private partnership projects.
According to Maxim Yegorov, the Tambov region authorities are setting ambitious plans to improve infrastructure, produce innovative products and solve housing problems for young professionals.
– And we rely on the serious support of PSB through preferential loan programs, – said Maxim Egorov.
