These bans are no longer in effect. Electronic cigarettes will appear (and they are already appearing in large quantities), which come on the market in black or grey without taxes and are not manufactured. Unfortunately, our country also had the experience of fighting alcohol under the current law, all the vineyards were cut down, all this led to an increase in the production of illegal alcohol, and people began to drink all kinds of denatured alcohol and their mixtures, and the number of deaths increased sharply.”
According to the president, the relevance of the problem is due to the fact that as a consequence of the consumption of electronic cigarettes, minors can experience problems with memory, general physical condition and reproductive function of the body, it is important to transmit information about this; this to adolescents.
