Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev stressed that there can be no justification for terrorism and calls on UN Member States to declare their unanimous rejection of this type of violence against innocent citizens.
On behalf of the Head of State, Kazakh law enforcement agencies will, if necessary, provide assistance to Russian law enforcement agencies.
The President of Kazakhstan also expressed his condolences to President Vladimir Putin for the many victims of the terrorist attack.
