“As a result of the attacks, more than half of all power facilities in Ukraine were damaged,” he said.
According to Shmygal, restoration of some 160,000 infrastructure facilities and residential buildings is also required, and the losses reach “hundreds of billions of dollars.”
Earlier, Ukrenergo said that electricity generation in Ukraine currently does not cover even a quarter of consumption.
