According to investigators, from 2016 to 2018, the defendant organized the supply of unreliable documents to the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East, which allowed the legal entity headed by him to conclude an investment agreement in a timber production project. in Solnechny. district of the Khabarovsk Territory.

To compensate for the damage caused to the state, the assets of the defendant and the commercial organization with a total value of 500 million rubles were seized. The criminal case will be sent for consideration on the merits to the Khabarovsk Central District Court.
