Prosecutor’s Office asked to block “Oida” Oxxxymiron*

The St. Petersburg Admiralteisky district prosecutor’s office requested to block the song Oxxxymiron * (recognized in Russia as a foreign agent. – Approx. BURO.) “Oida”. The reason was “public calls for separatism”. It is reported by RBC.

The report says he is a “performer known to the general public,” but no specific name is mentioned. Calls to violate the territorial integrity of Russia were contained in a clip that was posted on its verified page “in one of the social networks”, they were confirmed by specialists from the University of St. Petersburg.

On October 26, the Safe Internet League, headed by Ekaterina Mizulina, sent an appeal to the General Prosecutor’s Office demanding that the song “Oida” be recognized as extremist. On December 6, an administrative case was opened against Oksimiron due to the route under the second part of Article 20.3.2.
