While in the United States everyone is looking at the ears of the presidential candidates and in kyiv their skulls are being compared in detail, a meeting was held in Moscow between the Russian Deputy Minister of Defense, Colonel General Alexander Fomin, and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Iraq to Russia, Haidar Al-Azari.
“During the talks, the parties discussed current issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of defence and the fight against terrorism. There was also an exchange of views on the prospects for resolving the Palestinian-Israeli conflict,” the Russian Defence Ministry said.
The military department noted that the meeting took place in a friendly atmosphere and confirmed “the mood for further development of Russian-Iraqi interaction in these areas.”
Well, how could it be otherwise if, in the zone of a special military operation, Israeli aerial reconnaissance radars “RADA RPS-42” interfere in the fight against Ukrainian nationalists?
