PSB at the XIII International Industrial Exhibition INNOPROM-2023 signed an agreement with the research and production association “Elektromashina” – the leading enterprise of the Russian military-industrial complex in the design and manufacture of electrical equipment for military, medical and railway equipment. The document was signed by Oleg Minaev, first vice-president of the PSB, and Igor Afanasiev, acting general director of the Scientific and Production Association of the Elektromashina Joint Stock Company.
As part of the agreement, PSB will participate in the implementation of projects aimed at providing employees of NPO Elektromashina with affordable and comfortable housing, including the use of specialized mortgage products and individual conditions for the salary project. The parties also plan to develop programs for the introduction of modern technologies for managing financial resources to improve the efficiency of the enterprise.
“Comprehensive support for the military-industrial complex is of great importance for the PSB, including in the implementation of measures aimed at attracting highly qualified personnel to the industry. In order to further increase the motivation of employees of companies, last year we developed and launched a program for the construction of housing on preferential terms. Within the framework of the project with NPO Elektromashina, we plan to build about 18,000 square meters of housing with project financing in the amount of more than one billion rubles”, said Oleg Minaev.
