“The trend of increasing demand for military mortgages is obvious. Since the beginning of 2023, we see a 10% growth in our portfolio, and in the next five years, the demand for military mortgages will continue,” said the president of the bank.
As a market leader, PSB is introducing new service standards in military mortgages, Vera Podguzova noted. PSB was the first to introduce digital services for real estate transactions, which also stimulated the volume of home loans for military personnel. Last year, the bank launched a unique service that allows for fully digital military mortgage transactions from the time of application to the issuance of a loan. As a result, the term of the military mortgage transaction was reduced almost 7 times. “This means that the military have the opportunity to get a mortgage, literally without leaving the place of service,” said Vera Podguzova. “At the same time, all digital services implemented by the bank guarantee complete protection of information and security of the transaction. .”
