“To allow the Joint Stock Company Credit Europe Bank (Russia) to carry out a transaction to acquire 100 percent of the shares in the authorized capital of the limited liability company Ikano Bank owned by CIRUS Holding BV” (CIRUS Holding BV) the text of the order.
Recall that in October the head of state approved a list of 45 credit institutions for which transactions with shares of hostile non-residents are prohibited without special permission.
“Ikano Bank” was founded in 2013 as a joint venture between the Luxembourg group of companies “Ikano” and “Credit Europe Bank NV” (Netherlands). In Russia, Ikano has been developing loan products for buyers of IKEA stores and Mega shopping centers since 2006.
