He assured that the authorities of the Russian Federation will certainly strengthen the guarantees of labor collectives, this also applies to wages and social security.
In this regard, Putin proposed to launch a special program in the housing sector for workers of the complex. “The rental rate for them will be significantly lower than the market rate. The state will cover a significant part of the housing payment,” Putin explained.
The President instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to work out all the details and, without delay, start the construction of said rental houses. First of all, this concerns employees of defense scientific and industrial research centers, he explained.
